Ans.In the light of the chapter "The Last Lesson ",NEP has kept the medium of instruction in mother tongue at primary level  because in order to learn their mother tongue or language,and to have a knowledge about their own language so that they can acknowledge the other people.Mother Tongue gives the sign of the culture or nation that, from where they belongs.

Ans.The universal human nature has been highlighted in the chapter "The Last Lesson " that is they are not aggressive ,they are very clam ,they accept the things whether they defeat in the war by prussians.The people of Alsance and Lorraine are the victims of the Linguistic languages.They have paid the price for defeating in the war that is they lost their own mother tongue to communicate as well as in the schools to not teach the their own language that is French .
