Academic excellence is the requirements for a successful career. It is only the requirement in every field of jobs that is good result in academic and good percent in graduation. 

Due to academic excellence many young students get job easily in some fields that are airport clerk, army clerk, money exchanger, etc many 40-60 thousands salary jobs are available on the basis of the students 12 th good results. So in order to reduce the failure of the academic years of the students government has decided to start an online classes, it is started from 2020 may month. 

Nowadays, even 90-92% people are educated. And 50-55% percent people have a job on the basis of their academic studied and their results. 

These people have results of the graduation and of 12 th results. 

Only just 10-18% percent people are business man. They earn money through business. Business is not bad thing it is also job, but nowadays academic is heavy on other fields (dance, music, sports, etc).

Academic is simple to pass but in business this is so complex to do. 

In am academic there is just to read books and get knowledge and save in the mind and use it for more works. And then easily you can get any job. 

 

 

But in business this very complex to do and to handle. In business always try to do different things and always try to have latest update about the market and the latest products. 

 

But in academic you have to just save the knowledge from your book and then apply in entrance exam then get best jobs. This is simple. 

But business is hard. In business first require patients and some money. 

If you don't have any one thing then you can't become good business men. 

I feel imenesely  privileged to have got the opportunity to express my views on Academics. 

I strongly believe success has little connection with one's academic excellence. I have known many greatly successful people who have achieved whopping success without doing much in academic.
